Sayulita owes me nothing!

Around March, my sister called me and said she was signing up for a retreat and she wanted me to go. She said “say yes!” I didn’t know what I was signing up for but I said yes and started paying on the trip. As we got closer to the November date, we texted with another friend about what to pack, what to expect, etc. I really didn’t know what to expect other than I was open to the experience.

Arriving in Sayulita I could immediately feel the difference in the air….I was out of town with no work laptop and the breeze from the water was wonderful. Arriving at the Villa, we met the other women and settled in. The 4 nights included workshops, massage, sound bath healing, hikes, and more. It was a life changing experience….we went deep in the workshops tapping in to our higher purpose and calling. One of my favorite workshops was the sound bath healing. It was so beautiful. I was reminded of what is called a clarion call….I could hear it! The sound to me was an alarm to wake up to my higher calling. I will never forget it!

Whether on a retreat or visiting the area, highly recommend going to Sayulita. Beautiful town and people and best of all, the retreat made the area even for memorable. I am so glad I said yes!
